With the anticipation of Vegas, I am finding the days and weeks going by very slow. I continue to work hard everyday to make smart decisions with my health and fitness, stay away from garbage, and getting my exercise in. Somedays are tough like yesterday (and I guess a little today as well) and I don’t want to do it, but I feel better after I have completed it.
I have a buddy who is really trying hard to start his own transformation, but is really struggling. I am doing all I can to motivate him. I have tried to give it to him straight, and I have tried to encourage. I have tried to see though his bullshit, and have tried to give him an alternative when he makes an excuse. I see alot in what he says in the way I would think before I started this journey over again back on July 1st. He is the one I have talked about before that is doing Power 90 same as me. I have tried to encourage him to just find something, whether it is Crossfit, dvds, walking the dog, joining the gym whatever the case may be. I will continue to try to help him on his own journey in any way that I can. I have told him that maybe he has to hit his own “rock bottom” like I did July 1st and ripped the ass out of my shorts and hit my all time worst weight at 250.9.
Today I was having a hard time as I alluded to so I went looking on youtube for some pick me up. I have mentioned it a couple times but there is just so much free valuable fitness inspiration on youtube, just check it out! There are 100′s of workouts on there if you have hit a rut and want to try something different.
