Weighin

I have been sick this weekend with the flu. I have felt awful more often than not lately it seems, and it is beyond frustrating. End of rant/sooking.

I weighed in this am and I am obviously happy with the results. Down 2 inches from the waist and down 8.9 lbs on the scale to weigh in at 232.4 down from 241.3 the first weigh in. I am very happy with the result, but aware its alot of water weight, as well, as unsustainable. That being said, will take it!

I really like Loseit (loseit.com for the app). I think watching my calories will work for me. I did not eat perfectly this week by any stretch, but went for smarter choices and portion sizes. I was around 1500-1700 calories every day and never hungry (accept for yesterday when I had zero appetite due to the flu, even for my moms bday cake which she made for my wife). I still am aiming for around 1900 a day, and will work to get closer to that while eating progressively cleaner choices. I fit in as much walking as I could last week, and I hope to step that up this week as well as some p90 workouts.

All I got for now, going to hit the hay early tonight to be rested for another crazy week at work. I am on the right track.

Good drop…. I’m up today, but had an awesome weekend with the wife and kids. I imagine I’ll be all good in a day or so once again
