Well, I havent been posting like I had hoped but I have certainly stepped up my game in both eating and activity. I played my two hours of ballhockey tonight, which continues to kick my butt, and I have been working out through the week as well.
Activity wise its been hard to get outside with this artic cold snap we have had the last few days (temperatures hitting minus 30 celcius WITHOUT the wind) but on days I don’t get outside I have been walking up and down the five flights of stairs to my floor at work. Including the ballhockey I got 19755 steps today!! Helps me on my way to my mini goal of 70,000 by this Sunday night which i should surpass with ease.
I am working to keep the mindset of hitting my daily allotted points, drink my water and move my butt as much as I possibly can. If I can do that the weight will eventually start to fall.
I am exhausted after ball hockey and its nearly 11 30 time to wind down and get ready for the last shift of the week. TGIFT (thank god its friday tomorrow, lol).
