So I said yesterday I would remain accountable and here I am to post a very eye opening weighin. I weighed in at 232.3 lbs this am. I gained 5.5 freaking pounds. I was expecting 2 or 3, 5 is enormous. I felt like giving up this am before my day started. But I am in this for the long haul. This isn’t about weighing a certain weight. It isn’t about 90 days. Its about feeling lean, fit and healthy FOR LIFE. Its about getting myself to a point that it is part of who I am, and not something I have to struggle to do.
I will not give up.
No Excuses.

Shane, hang in there. I have realized it can be a real head game. For me, too many rules and I sabotage myself. Another biggy is stress, don’t stress over it. I never did WW, so I don’t know the point thing. How many calories do you eat per day? Make sure you have enough.
I second cutting sugar – 3 points is a tonnnnn when a little bit of Splenda is 0 and allows you 3 yummy points later for something that’s actually filling. Thanks for following my blog, hopefully we can motivate each other and give each other good food ideas!
