Monday weigh in

Weighed in at 226.9 today, down 1.3 lbs and 8.5 since xmas.  It’s been going pretty good, and I am losing at a slow steady pace.  Feeling alot better the last two or three days then I did last week, and I have been exercising and eating well.

I just haven’t had much to say the last few weeks blogging wise, not sure why.  I am hoping to get back into the swing of writing, as I miss it.  Just haven’t been inspired much lately to write, which often happens when I haven’t been feeling good.  I hope to get inspired this week to start writing posts that actually say something, lol.  In the meanwhile I will keep moving and eating well and keep the scale moving in the right direction!

    i think as bloggers we all have moments where the urge to write and having something thats feels worthy of writing don’t always coincide? you will get back there…
