and I am destroyed.
I grew up playing all sports, and I would love to get back to playing recreational sports. Basketball, hockey, soccer, whatever. Yet another reason to get in shape and healthy.
Eats have been going well, but its been a pretty rough week up til yesterday with continued headaches. They are a memory for now, and so glad I played ball hockey tonight. Will be back with some more substancial posts this weekend, as I have a 3 day weekend starting now!
Yay for soccer! I’ll swear up and down to this day that indoor soccer is seriously one of the best workouts you can do in a short period of time! Love it!
