Well it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, a little regression in weight and strength before I got hurt in early Dec but it could be worse. Here is where I am starting.

I did not pick up a heart rate monitor yet, here are the rest of the results of fit test
Pullups (with assist band) 3.5 reps
Pushups 23 reps
Wall sit 1 min 34 sec
toe touch 0 inches
biceps curls 30 lbs 10 reps
in and outs 36 reps
So there is where I am starting. Now off to watch end of the Canada Junior game, and an afternoon of darts and bowling with my buddies, and NYE/40th bday party tonight. I am both excited and anxious to get started Wednesday.
The weigh in also the weigh in for my weight watchers online 3 month trial to decide if I will continue with online, go back to meetings, or try something else.
